My own journey has been enriched by living and connecting with people from all corners of the globe – an experience that has truly shown me the incredible strength and resilience within us all. (and yes, I've found some of the warmest hearts right here!). At the center of my practice is a deep belief in fostering autonomy. I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to build a stronger sense of self through personal empowerment. Life can sometimes feel like being weighed down by old patterns, making change seem daunting. I offer a supportive and grounded presence to help you gain clarity and move forward with navigating those challenges, rediscovering your own inner resources, and cultivating self-trust. 

 

My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating the daily pressures and significant mental health challenges, as well as those facing substance use issues. I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, often in high-trauma situations, giving me a deep understanding of the complexities involved.

 

My approach is grounded in respect and collaboration, utilizing a trauma-informed and person-centered lens tailored to your unique experiences. Together, we'll explore the impact of life events and societal pressures, gently challenging limiting beliefs to foster a deeper connection with your authentic self and release any underlying shame. While our work will be meaningful, I also believe in the healing power of laughter and aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered.  I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey!
